This is the so-called «flat advertisers» - lighters made in Japan, very popular in the U.S. in 1950 and released under a bunch of different brands. Unfortunately, many of them do not work because of advanced age, design features and rapid wear and tear (after forever as Zippo, they can not work :). But, but, what beauty they displayed! Each has two large surface for advertising - a pocket billboard!
