That would be very good indeed! Competition often improves the quality of services and products while reducing the price on them. This is even more sensitive to the Russian market, where there are only Russian players, often accustomed to super-profits and the work on the scheme - the price does not match the quality. We'll see what happens. |

| About the price and quality is questionable. Foreign companies are taking a few more, while providing quality service. A simple example: You have mail Russia - it is long, risky and cheap, there is DHL - it bysro, high quality, but expensive, and there is an intermediate EMS - it is both expensive and of poor quality))) |

| So the fact of the matter is that in our country in many spheres of trade and services, this trend is only beginning to be looked through. But in any case, the market sooner or later saturated with (I'm not talking about those areas where there is a monopoly or collusion of companies), which leads to deliberate under-pricing by sellers and / or improve the quality or without, in order to increase the competitiveness of their proposals. |

| Last fall, eBay officially sounded in the fall 2011, the same comes to Russia. Then quickly backpedaled, saying that the output is delayed. Maybe if he was waiting for output to Russia PayPal'a? |

| I doubt it, though the payment system between Russia and America been established more than a delivery system. IMHO of course ... |

Is "Mail of Russia" so crooked work? I mean, it seems to me that if ibey paypalom to come to Russia and some Russians want to sell something on ibee, then send the parcel by registered manner (ie declared value), the package will come the U.S. (eg ) for the buyer. |
