With wool, as with everything else, need a happy medium. If it does not report, or to pass, it could affect the proper operation of the lighter. But the wool is identical.

The wick is properly laid at stuffing! And all will be ice. Zippy and IMCO medical stuffed with cotton wool (which is already 30 years old, my grandmother left) lights to cheer.
