Yeah know, I was one Omax (lying! Not Omax, and Casio) on rubber :) Tin of course, especially in our hot weather, but wore like normal ..... What is troublesome? Well, accuracy suffers in comparison with quartz, automatic winding, do not see much trouble. The truth must carry on prevention from time to time, but otherwise nothing special like :) |

| WINDING in mechanics feel perverted. therefore troublesome. and the precision .... here in the aggregate. constantly jerking off with them ... that's who like it - please. but for me it set up one time and forget it for 10 years. :) plus mechanical-resistance rather relative concept. and in quartz just virtually unconditional. For me, this is one of the most important parameter. |

The truth for 10 years lzya not forget even about :) My quartz quartz goes very accurate of course, in comparison to how the mechanics of walking (I know, I expect, premonition), but all the same to me at the moment is like mechanics, maybe because I have it last time was 25 years or so ago, then were electronic and quartz ..... And with the wound I have no problems, the clock is always on hand when I'm not home ... |

I end up on a combination of lithium-ion batt + solar panel for recharging, and stopped. to simplify maintenance. even to change the battery every 2-3 years is considered unnecessary occasion once again climb into the clock, the risk of ESD at the wrong time again ... nah. plus quartz is another nice feature. such a watch is easy to do Multifunction. as the same ProTrek at Casio. |

| Well yes, I agree, though probably for 10 years only with charging from the sun and can be forgotten, and as far as I can remember typically lasts from one to five years .... I do not know how many I've had enough with the mechanics, but more likely to quartz I will not be back in at least sechas think that way :) |
